We aim to post your purchase within three working days of you placing your order. We live very rurally so it’s not always possible for us to visit the post office every day! If your order is for a special occasion, such as a birthday, or required by a specific date, please let us know in your order notes.
UK
We use Royal Mail for all our shipping, and have two shipping options for the UK. Please choose the appropriate option when you check out.
Shipping for Scarves - £12
Scarves are always sent by Special Delivery, and normally arrive the next business day before 1pm. This service is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery, and is also fully insured for loss or damage.
Shipping for Bundles of Smaller Items - £6
Please choose this option for tote bags, candles, and larger bundles of smaller items. They will be sent First Class Signed For, which normally takes 1 to 2 business days. This is not a tracked service but does require a signature on delivery.
Shipping for Small Flat Things - £2
Please choose this option if you are just ordering a few packets of seeds, an Echo the Cat pattern, a few greetings cards, stickers or a sew-on patch. These items will be sent Second Class Large Letter.
Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a shipping notification email (containing, if applicable, your individual tracking number).

USA
Due to international restrictions we are unable to ship seeds outside the UK.
We use Royal Mail for all our shipping, and have two shipping options for the USA. Please choose the appropriate option when you check out.
Since the introduction of increased tariffs and customs charges on shipments entering the USA earlier this year, we now send all parcels to the USA ‘delivered duty paid’. This means that all tariffs/customs/duties which would normally be levied on the shipment once it arrives in the USA, are now paid at the point of order. This means that you won’t have to pay any further charges at your end after you’ve checked out your purchase with us.
Please make sure that you are happy to pay the tariffs before purchasing. The tariffs we pay on your behalf to deliver to you in the USA are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Shipping for Scarves (Delivered Duty Paid) - around £50
Fully tracked shipping which requires a signature on delivery, and is also insured for loss or damage up to a value of £250. This normally takes around 6-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping for Smaller Items - £10
Fully tracked shipping, no signature required, insured for loss or damage up to a value of £50. This normally takes around 3-6 business days to arrive.
We don’t send items as gifts and declare the full value of the item(s) on the customs duty label affixed to the outside of your parcel.
Most countries impose their own import taxes and/or customs duties, and please also be aware that some countries may have import restrictions. Please be careful to research your own country’s regulations before placing your order to avoid disappointment. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees to European destinations.
