Beeswax Ritual/Meditation Candles, with a Sterling Silver Bell
A bundle of nine natural beeswax candles, hand tied with plant-dyed yarn and adorned with a tiny jingling sterling silver bell.
Each candle is 16cm tall, and has an approximate burn time of 35 minutes. Perfect for timing a meditation session or ritual practice, without the need for the intrusion of technology.
The yarn the candles are bound with comes from a small Welsh flock of treasured Shetland sheep, and has been hand-dyed with madder root to obtain a beautiful soft red. The handwritten label is inscribed with green hawthorn ink made to a 19th century recipe.
The sterling silver bells are 5mm across and make a very sweet and delicate sound. After you have finished burning the candles, the sterling silver bell can be worn as a pendant or protection charm.
